FAQ, Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Our standard shipping has a UK transit time of 5-7 days for all products except our professional playtest printing - those are handmade custom orders that go through rigorous quality assurance, so they take longer. We aim to dispatch every order within 3-5 working days of your order confirmation email, with over 90% of standard orders shipped within that window. We use Royal Mail as our trusted UK courier partner. International orders are available too - please get in touch with us first before ordering.
Returns Policy
Trading Cards & Sealed Products
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Cards that have been played, damaged, altered, or removed from protective packaging may be subject to a reduction in refund value.
Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Printed Cards & Personalised Products
Because these products are made specifically to your requirements, personalised or playtest items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not produced according to your order specifications.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Card condition grading
We grade singles on a five-point scale:
NM (Near Mint) - pack-fresh or as good as. At most very light wear from a single sleeving or handling - no visible scratches, whitening, or creasing on either the front or the back.
LP (Lightly Played) - minor wear visible on close inspection, such as light edge whitening or small scuffs. Still structurally sound, no creases.
MP (Moderately Played) - noticeable wear: moderate edge whitening, surface scratches, or scuffing, but no creases running through the card.
HP (Heavily Played) - heavy wear such as visible creasing, scuffing, or whitening. Still intact and playable.
DMG (Damaged) - structural damage: creases through the card, tears, water damage, or heavy warping.
A card's back counts as much as its front - if either side shows visible damage, we grade to the lower condition. Where a card is genuinely on the border between two grades, we grade it down rather than up. For valuable or vintage singles, we're happy to send close-up front and back photos before you buy - just get in touch.
If a card arrives and you believe it doesn't match its listed grade, contact us within 14 days with front and back photos of the issue before doing anything else - please don't play with, sleeve, or alter the card in the meantime. Depending on how far off the grade is, we'll offer either a partial refund or a full refund/replacement once the card is returned to us.
Playtest printing FAQ
What's the difference between the tiers? Digital PDF is a print-ready sheet you print at home. Non-foil and Foil are printed and shipped to you by us.
Can I use these in tournaments? Playtest cards are for casual/kitchen-table play only and are not tournament legal.
Will these look like real cards? Every playtest card we print uses our own custom card back, never a copy of the official MTG back, so there's no risk of a playtest card being mistaken for or passed off as genuine. We can print an alternative back to your own design on request, subject to approval - get in touch to discuss.
How long do printed orders take? Turnaround time is 7-10 working days from your custom order being accepted and approved. You'll be notified of the production process at each stage, and receive an email once we've shipped your order.
See the playtest printing page to get a quote, or read how the whole process works first.
